Submit a Ticket

The Ticket Portal is used for email communications and online chats.  You must first "Register" online to set up your account the first time so you can submit tickets.  By registering this will keep spammers out.

Go to "support.halosites.com" to submit a ticket.  Next to the Login information box you will see a small silhouette of a person and the words "Register".  Click on the icon to set up your Ticket Portal account.  A link will be delivered to your email's inbox. Click on the link to activate your account.  Once you return to the Ticket Portal you will see the icon that looks like a piece of paper and says "submit a ticket".  Be sure to fill in the first 3 fields (name, email and HaloSites login info) when you submit a ticket.  This makes for a faster response time from our Support Representative.

If you prefer phone support after your first 30 days you can purchase 1/2 hour blocks of time for $20.
